# HighOps acquires AtlasHost

We’re excited to finally announce publicly the acquisition of [AtlasHost](https://atlashost.com/ "AtlasHost"), a managed hosting provider of [Atlassian](https://www.atlassian.com/ "Atlassian") tools.

In reality we closed the transaction back in December and we’ve been busy ever since working on the transition of processes and tools, the new website, a new support system and support knowledge base, and switching credit card processing from PayPal to Stripe.

Now that all of the above is done we are ready to start working on the future (well, this too isn’t entirely accurate since we’ve been doing that since before closing the acquisition).

The roadmap is full and keeps evolving and for now all we can say is that there is a Managed Applications platform coming together for _hassle-free and fully-managed hosting_ of selected, vertical applications.
